In Sonoma Valley there is much to savor. A bucolic landscape and dirt roads that harken back to simpler times. Roadside restaurants where menus overflow with the bounty of the Valley and its equally, naturally blessed surroundings. And, of course, wine – glorious, world-class wine that has earned California bragging rights around the globe.
One of the best times to experience everything that this stunning slice of Northern California has to offer takes place at an annual event that is simply and honestly called “Savor Sonoma Valley”. Here are some of my favorite snaps from one of my favorite wine-soaked weekends of the year:
